How it works
Four steps, one hour a month
- 1Save your seat
A two-minute form. We use your specialty and ideal clients to put you in rooms where referrals make sense.
- 2Join one 60-minute Zoom a month
Small breakout rooms of 10 minutes each, so you meet 10 to 20 new agency owners every session.
- 3Two rules in the room
No pitching, no small talk about the weather. Talk about your business, your clients, what you need.
- 4Get the list, then keep going in Slack
Afterward, everyone gets the attendee list with LinkedIn profiles, and the intros keep flowing in our private members' Slack. Meet someone a member should know? Make the intro. No quotas.
Swap before you refer
See each other's work before you trust each other with clients
Nobody refers a client to an agency they have never seen work. So members can trade a small piece of work first, like an audit or a landing page. Once you have seen the results, referring real clients is easy.
Find an owner whose service fits with yours, or one you could white label for.
An audit, a month of outreach, a landing page. Keep it small and time-boxed. Swaps are optional, always.
You have seen their work with your own eyes, so sending them a client is an easy yes.

The ask
Membership is free. In return we ask for three things.
One hour, once a month. RSVP the week before so we can plan the rooms.
An introduction, a co-marketing post or your service in trade all count. No quotas.
When a referral turns into a client, post it in #wins in the members' Slack so we can celebrate it.
FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes, there is no paid tier. Speed To Lead, a LinkedIn lead generation agency, runs it because our best clients come from referrals too. You will never be pitched in a session.
Will I get pitched?
No. Pitching in the room is the one thing that gets you removed.
What if my service overlaps with another member's?
That's fine. Agencies with the same service can white label each other's work, so there is still room to refer.
What happens between sessions?
Every member gets an invite to our private Slack. Post who you're looking for, make intros and share wins any day of the month, not just on session night.
Who sees my contact details?
Only members, in the list we send after each session, and only if you tick the box on your application.
When are the sessions?
Thursdays at 6 PM ET: 12 November, 17 December, 21 January and 18 February. One hour each.
Is this only for US agencies?
For now, yes. Sessions run at 6 PM Eastern, which is 3 PM Pacific.
